Post FlashDevelop ActionScript 2 workflow Insertion Wiki empty
Why http://www.flashdevelop.org/wikidocs/in ... S3Workflow page is empty ?
I'm FlashDevelop noob (I know FlashBuilder/Flex4/AS3 & Flash/AS2) and I need to develop with AS2 now. And difference between FlashBuilder and FlashCS is ... how to tell ... very BIG ! FlashCS isn't a good IDE :/

So, I need more information about FlashDevelop and I think that this is the insertion workflow most appropriate for me.

Waiting your reply,
Regards,
Sky'

As AS2 has become kind of obsolete we didn't complete this part of the wiki.

I found some tutorial about MTASC injection: (it's using an alternative IDE but it's identical with Flash)
http://forums.epicgames.com/threads/802 ... ashDevelop

That's for the basics, now you'll want to associate classes with exported library symbols like in AS3: (I recommend you read and understand the whole discussion & code)

Alas some of us do have use AS2 for our day jobs.
... I'd be surprised if there are any non-GFx / Scaleform users using AS2 though.

For those using Scaleform, I recommend using the Flash IDE for compiling.
