I'm unable to view the file explorer, and wondering how to make it so I can see it again. Not sure if it's off screen or what, but choosing View > File Explorer doesn't do anything.
Using 4.0.1 RTM

You may want to try resetting FD layout. Go: Tools > ApplicationFiles... Locate and delete Settings/Layout.fdb

Thanks much Philippe. That did the trick - sort of. I had to delete it when FD was closed - if I did it when open, and then closed down and restarted the same layout (sans file explorer) would reappear. I had to open the folder, close FD, delete file, then restart and it was all reset...
