 ExportSWC
Hi,
the export swc is a great plugin and i've been using it a lot. The project although seems to be dead. If the authors would like to release it under any open source license i would be glad to keep it going forward.
If i get no response, i will start a new project that will do the same. If anyone with experience with mxi, mxp etc would like to assist please drop me a line. I'll do the c# coding, just dont have enough experience with the internals of compiling swc etc.

 Re: ExportSWC
That would be great, antara! Current ExportSWC could not be used in FlashDevelop 3.0 RC1 - it is always disabled for some reason.

 Re: ExportSWC
Hi,
I got it working again! - but I had to disassemble, edit (little) and recompile the plugin. I hope the original author - dragonworx - doesn't get mad at me! But it seems he/she isn't available right now...
It works with RC1+
Unfortunatly I don't know a good place to upload the plugin (+source) - suggestions?

 Re: ExportSWC
Thanks to Warappas for their fix! Much appreciated, time is thinly stretched between many ventures...etc.
I am awaiting Warappas's changes and will repost them on my server asap.
I'll also create a CodePlex/SourceForge/Google Code (any recommendations? thinking SourceForge...) project and invite any interested developers to contribute via a shared repository.
Warappas's changes will be the version used for the trunk.

 Re: ExportSWC
That would be great, I started developing a new plugin, but contributing to one that already exists would be great as well. I will wait for the source from Dragon.
Thnx dragon for sharing!

 Re: ExportSWC
Thanks antara, i am just in the process of collecting any existing branches to merge them and upload them to sourceforge as a public project. Should have this done within a week.

 Re: ExportSWC
Hi!
I just submitted the updated sources to dragonworx which means: a RC1 compatible version of ExportSWC is coming!
The sources are based on ourben's sources which he sent me gracefully.
Dragonworx and ourben: again - thanks for your openness!

 Re: ExportSWC
Any word on when the RC1 compatible version might be available? I checked GoogleCode/SourceForge/CodePlex and couldn't locate the project.
Failing that, Warappa, could you describe your fix for us?
Looking forward to being able to use this again.

 Re: ExportSWC
Hi, dragonworx said he was very busy lately but he's trying to set up a project on sourceforge this week. Meanwhile as some out there are eager to get this plugin, here is a link to the compiled dll file: downloadLg Warappa

 Re: ExportSWC
The good news is SourceForge.net approved the project! ExportSWC is now (almost) an officially opensource project. That means that any developers wishing to extend or branch the project will be able to do so. The bad news is my works firewall prevents me from using my SVN client correctly, which is needed to upload the source. I can only do it from home which means I have less time to do it... The good news after that is that I will be looking for the time at home to do within the next week without fail, so almost there... Thanks for your patience all and thanks to Warappa and ourben for their great contributions so far!
