Save opened windows in project

Post Save opened windows in project
Is this regular behavior of FD when I switch between projects or even close project and open another that it does not closes windows from closed project and not opens windows that were opened in opened project?
All other popular IDEs have this feature. I wonder is it normal or do I have to reinstall or fix my installation?

Settings>ProjectManager>Other Options>Use Project Sessions set to True
