Ok, i not found section for site realted issues, so i post it here.

As you can see in my signature something is wrong with [url] tag, despite that in options we see:
I am embarrassed with "[url] is ON". Or "BBcode is OFF" blocks all other features to, despite on "is ON" near them?

BB code is globally disabled in signatures - this obviously affects urls.

I'm not sure why (spam?) and when (latest phpbb update?) it was changed - have to check with Mika.
