I'd have to read the EULA again, but I think that Adobe makes provision for you to buy one copy and use it on two computers ... like a desktop and a laptop ... so long as they're used by the same person, only one copy at one time.

That's fine, then, so I'd recommend that you just put together your own SWC. It's fast and it makes sure that you aren't using an out of date copy of a component.
