I just downloaded and executed the installer for 3.1.0-RTM but Windows 7 is telling me it's corrupt. I tried downloading and executing twice. I then downloaded the installer for 3.0.5-RTM and it worked just fine.

Please try to download it again. It should work, i just downloaded it myself to test if it works. I use also Win7.
